This is a compact studio at the very best location in Maastricht. Only 100 meters away from the main squares Vrijthof and Markt, next to the University faculty of Arts and Culture, and just 5 minutes away from Faculty of Business and Economics, Faculty of Law, and many others.

The studio has one room with a small kitchenette: with a sink, three closets, an electric stove with two cooking plates, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.

There is a (private) separate shower and a toilet.

The place is really calm without any traffic noises. The studio windows are to the backyard.

There is a nice backyard terrace that is shared with 4 students (ages 22-25).

There is a night shop in the building that is open from 4pm until midnight.

Parking slot can be rented nearby (Markt) for an extra fee.
