Fantastic, fully refurbished appartment on the top floor of the well maintained appartment complex “Kerkzicht”. This perfectly finished apartment, located in the “Keizer Karelpark” area, consists of 2 rooms and is about 65m2 in size. Due to the fact that the apartment is situated on the top floor, you will not have neighbours above you.
Within walking distance several small local shops, a supermarket as well as bus and tram stop (tram line 51 will take you to downtown Amsterdam in less then 30 minutes).
The apartment has a magnificent view over the “Augustinus” park. A great spot to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and it provides a lot of privacy.
The “Amsterdamse Bos” and “Stadshart” are very easy to reach by bike. Because of the perfect location of the apartment, the A9 highway is also very easy to reach within a couple of minutes.
