De huurprijs varieert (afhankelijk van de grootte) van € 750,- tot € 850,- per maand, inclusief voorschot G/W/L en servicekosten.
De borg is gelijkgesteld aan tweemaal de (incl.) maandhuur. Huurtoeslag is niet mogelijk.
Naast bovenvermelde bedragen dient er eenmalig € 250,- contract-/administratiekosten te worden voldaan.
De studio's mogen bewoond worden door maximaal twee personen. Inschrijving op het adres is mogelijk. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

We have various apartments and studios available in a recently renovated complex on Noorderwagenplein in Lelystad. The studios vary in size from 32 m2 to 49 m2. The complex is centrally located. Facilities such as shopping center 't Lelycentre, the City Park and public transport are within walking distance.
The studio is equipped with:
Living/bedroom
Some apartments have a separate bedroom
Kitchen unit
Bathroom with toilet
The rental price varies (depending on the size) from € 750,- to € 850,- per month, including advance payment for G/W/L and service costs.
The deposit is equal to twice the (incl.) monthly rent. Rent allowance is not possible.
In addition to the above-mentioned amounts, a one-off € 250,- contract/administration costs must be paid.
The studios may be occupied by two people. Registration at the address is possible. Pets are not allowed.
