The boat is entirely insulated, and most windows (except those in the aft bedroom) have double glazing. There is a modern central heating system as well as air conditioning, so this boat is as comfortable as any modern apartment.

You enter the boat via a walkway on top of the neighbouring boat, with a few steps leading into a small hallway. Here you will find a large fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer combination machine for washing and drying laundry.

From the hallway, you can access one of the bedrooms on the aft (back) side of the boat, the bathroom and the living room with open kitchen. The aft bedroom is quite compact but has plenty of storage options. This side of the boat faces the famous Blauwbrug.

Next is the bathroom, with a large sink and mirror, as well as a toilet and walk-in shower.

Moving towards the front of the boat, we find the living room with lounge and open kitchen. It is characterised by large windows on both sides, making it a comfortable and bright space. The windows facing the neighbouring boat are blinded, while the others offer nice views of the Amstel. The open kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob and extractor. There is a fridge, freezer and washer/dryer in the adjoining hallway.

On the bow (front) side of the living room, there is a larger bedroom, also with plenty of storage options.

Outside, above the front bedroom, there is a rooftop deck terrace.
