De Stadhuisbrug Appartementen zijn drie prachtige, geheel gerenoveerde 1-slaapkamer appartementen in Rijksmonument op een van de bekendste locaties van de stad Utrecht. De toegevoegde foto's illustreren de historie en de bijzondere ligging van het gebouw, in het hart van de Utrechtse binnenstad.

De appartementen bevinden zich op de eerste tweede verdieping en derde van het gebouw, te betreden via een hal op de begane grond. In de appartementen is alles aanwezig om van uw tijdelijk verblijf in Utrecht een geweldige ervaring te maken. Het appartement heeft een warm en eigentijds interieur, een nieuwe keuken en grote slaapkamer met een groot tweepersoonsbed. Verder biedt de splinternieuwe badkamer alle comfort met een douche, toilet, wastafel en een state of the art was/droog combinatie.

Vanuit het appartement heeft u een schitterend uitzicht op de DOM-toren, Stadhuisbrug, Winkel van Sinkel, Vismarkt, restaurants en terrassen. Vanuit de slaapkamer geniet je van een prachtig 180 graden uitzicht over het historische stadshart van Utrecht.

Openbaar station

Utrecht Centraal is het hart van het spoornetwerk in Nederland en de toegangspoort tot de stad Utrecht. Het netwerk van Utrecht verbindt de verschillende soorten openbaar vervoer: bus, tram, fiets en trein. Utrecht ligt in het hart van Nederland, daarom stoppen alle treinen hier en komen ze elk kwartier op dezelfde bestemming aan.
Vanaf Utrecht Centraal Station zijn al onze appartementen gelegen op 10 minuten loopafstand. Als u de bus neemt, bent u tussen onze appartementen en Utrecht Centraal ook ongeveer 10 minuten onderweg.

Location
This property is situated on a beautiful location on a quite street behind the Oudegracht This is the most famous canal in the Dutch city of Utrecht. The approximately two kilometer long canal is the connector between the Kromme Rijn and the Vecht and bisects the entire city from south to north. For centuries it has been the main artery of the city. The yards and wharfs of Utrecht Oudegracht and Nieuwgracht are unique in the world. You are right in the city center which is surrounded by many shops, cafés and restaurants. Utrecht Central Station is within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. You can also visit in the immediate area for groceries.

History
This medieval grain warehouse finds its origin in the second half of the 14th century (Zwaansteeg) with an extension later on, that can be accessed from Oudegracht. This building was originally accessible via a road under the Oudegracht building 227 and one can image it has a rich and long history.

The grain warehouse was significantly enlarged to its present size in the second quarter of the 17th century and its destination changed over time. The name ‘Pandhuis'(pawnshop) was given to the building after a bank of loan was established in the property in 1719. In conjunction with this, the original older building Oudegracht 229, renewed in 1764, was used as a home and office connected to the Pandhuis.

The network of Utrecht connects the various public transport types: bus, tram, bicycle and train. Utrecht is located in the heart of the Netherlands, therefore all trains will stop here and arrive at the same destination every 15 minutes.
From Utrecht Central Station all our apartments are located within 10 minutes walking distance. If you take the bus it will also take you approximately about 10 minutes between our apartments and Utrecht Central Station.
